It is a Cuban family apartment, spacious and very cozy. Its owners (grandmother and grandson) have chosen a very simple decoration where the modern combines with the classic so that you can feel at home. With approximately 172 square meters, our customers can enjoy common areas such as: living room, dining room, terrace and balcony, which has a great view of the well-known Malecòn.
We have two rooms, each with its private bathroom. Our rooms, of approximately 12 and 16 square meters, can accommodate 2 and 3 people respectively. They have everything you need for a pleasant stay and a comfortable rest. Each one has: minibar, safe, cupboards, air conditioning, fans, TV, hair dryer, hot / cold water.
For its owners, cleanliness is essential, and they ensure that it is daily along with the change of towels; the change of bed linen will be made every two days instead.
We also offer the following services:
Breakfast: to start your day in the best way, for 5 CUC we offer: seasonal tropical fruit, juice, tea, milk, coffee, toast, butter and egg in its variants.
Laundry: this service is provided with a price of 5 CUC per wash bag.
Wi-Fi connectivity: our clients can access the ETECSA Wi-Fi connectivity from our common areas. You just need the internet card from the ETECSA telephone company.
Finally, we have garage and parking.
