Our house is a construction of the year 1930, Art Deco style, which reigned in Havana in the third decade of the last century. It has 3 rooms with private bathroom. At our house you, your friends or family can spend an excellent vacation in Cuba. The property is spacious, ventilated thanks to its high ceilings and its interior patio that distributes the air to all its premises, has good lighting, windows and air conditioning in all rooms. It has a balcony to the street from where you can enjoy the breeze coming from the sea, the Malecón is only 300 meters away to make your Havana nights unforgettable. The Capitolio and Parque Central are only 2 kilometers away and we are 800 meters from the Hotel Nacional de Cuba and 600 meters from the Hotel Habana Libre. The Santa María del Mar beach, one of the most beautiful in Cuba, is 16 kilometers from the house, and it takes you 20 minutes to get there by taxi. We offer, at an additional cost, taxi service, airport pick-up, breakfast, sightseeing trips throughout the country, facilities to visit the island that include accommodation in all the provinces. The neighborhood has its history. Close to the University of Havana, he witnessed the student struggles that involved the main leaders of Cuban history. Today it is a popular neighborhood of Eclectic Architecture and Art Decò, considered the most beautiful in the city. Its streets converge in the Callejón de Hamel, and are characterized by the influx of tourists who live with Cuban families and enjoy the popular atmosphere of its avenues, its historical sites and its Malecón.

We rent a triple room with a double bed and a single one, for up to 3 people, with private bathroom and balcony with panoramic view of the city. The house is shared with an elderly couple, where you can use kitchen and dining room. It is 50 m from the Malecòn, in a central area, close to Old Havana, restaurants, and a lot of tourist and cultural places, such as the Museum of the Revolution and the Museum of Cuban art. The house, for its height and location, enjoys a splendid view. We do not have internet at home, but we are very close to Wi-Fi areas, both in Malecòn and in the Deauville hotel. No pets or parties are allowed.

We rent a house with three rooms, each with its own bathroom. Two rooms have two beds: a double and a single one; the third room has a double bed. All rooms have air conditioning, fan and fridge. Our guests can use the living room, we offer breakfast, dinner and laundry service. The house has a very good location, a few minutes from Chinatown, the Malecòn, and at walking distance from Vedado, the Capitol and the Tobacco Factory. A few blocks away is the famous paladar "La Guarida".
